My Opinion About TransAvenue:
Trannies have a certain appeal that has intrigued me since first glimpsing Caroline Cossey in a James Bond flick. I was young at the time, but when my mom mentioned that she was a he, I was transfixed, curious and - quite frankly - awed. There are plenty of famous transsexuals, and although they don't exactly appear on this network of sites, I did note a few girls who had me as mesmerised as the Bond-Girl.
Your membership gives you access to a total of five sites, all of which stay in the tranny niche. The interface is the same for all. Accessing the Transexual Hot Spot members' area, you're offered the latest updates across the network, and links to the individual sites. Updates occur every couple of days, and from this main page, you can link to tranny cam shows, or additional she-male leased videos and erotic stories.
Clicking on the banners in this area takes you to the exclusive content of an individual site. From there, you will either find pages of episode titles with a thumbnail of the action in each, or AV headshots of trannies and their names, and you can link to their photos and videos from here.
Each site has a different theme and number of photo and/or video galleries, or other content, so I will break it down by individual sites.
Trans Avenue:
This is a photo only site with three groups of galleries and a ton of images. "Group 1" has 247 sets, "Group" 2 102 sets, and "Group 3" 40 sets of pictures. Each set can have anything between 26 and over 200 pictures each. The photos range from solo softcore to hardcore. Some sets look more polished and professional, and others appear to be amateur glamour or snapshots. Sizes vary, but should be in the vicinity of 380x590 or 482x643. I did not come across any.jpg files larger than this, at least. Quality was generally clear, but lighting varied depending on whether the shots were pro or amateur. What I can say is that there are scenes and T-Girls for every taste.
Asian Tranny XXX:
This is mainly a photo-only site, though there were 6 Asian videos as well. All content is thumbnailed, but you can tell movies apart from the photos by a "video" stamp on the thumbnail. There are 39 photo galleries in total, and each contains 100-200 mainly solo pics. There are a few T-Girl-on-T-Girl and at least one hardcore photo set in the mix. In general, the pics are fairly small at 375x500 pixels, but clear and nicely shot for amateur photos. Videos average around 16 minutes and can be downloaded as full-length .mpgs or streamed as .wmvs with a variety of speed options from 28 to 300 Kbps. Viewing screens were standard, depending on the speed of the connection, with the smallest being 240x180, and the largest 320x240.
TSVids:
This site contains the most videos, but has few video captures available - which is fine by me, since I am always more interested in the action! There are 146 films here, and a buffet of variety! If you want Divas giving blowjobs, teens getting fucked, threesomes or fetish parties, then this is the place to find them. The full-length of a movie is about 20 minutes, but there is no option to watch it as a full video. Instead you need to stream or download the individual 56k or broadband movie clips, that are 90 seconds or 5 minutes. Movies are .mpg files, and are clear, but the screen size is not huge. The action is always hot, and some vids have a storyline. Unfortunately, none of those that I viewed were in English.
TSFacials:
If you want to watch hard cocks spilling hot and gooey loads of cum across the lipstick lips of a tranny, then TS Facials gives it to you. The down side is that there are only 9 episodes. Each has a gallery of about 100 good-quality 800x600 photos, and a full-length downloadable 320x240 .mpg or .wmv file that you can stream at 305kbps broadband or with a 56k modem. Videos average at about 25 minutes, and while the image was not especially crisp or clear, these vids were steaming with hungry T-sluts and loads of blowjob energy.
Transexual-Escort:
This area is different from the other sites. In fact, it is more of a search engine than it is a site. If you are tired of simply watching the hardcore action of T-girls, and want to have your own chick with a dick, then this site helps you find one near you. You can search 18 countries for the newest escorts, find premium escorts in 18 countries and all 52 states in the U.S. or search through a variety of 9 online guides. You can also find Tranny nightclubs, if you are living in the U.S., or you can check out the message board to discover escort reviews.
On the whole, there is a mix of exceptionally sexy she-males, although there are also others that did not hold my interest. The Asian Trannies were, as always, petite and feminine, and some of the Caucasian She-males were so hot they could even fool Danny Bonaduce... again! The quantity is good, but with a total of five sites in the offering, I'd have expected a lot more. Additionally, I was never really sure of which content was original, and which was bought.
Final Verdict:
It's really rare to come across a network that gives you all T-girls all the time, and in this light, I found the Tranny Hot Spot to offer a good mix of T-Girl content. Unfortunately, I just wasn't blown away by it. There were plenty of good videos that had me fantasizing about how much fun it would be to get it on with a tranny, but I think the quality of the photos and videos could be improved. If the price tag of the network were close to twenty bucks, I'd say go for it, it's worth it! However, the price is actually almost double that, and for this reason alone my recommendation kind of falls into the range of fair to good.
